Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Walkies & Snuggles, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Walkies & Snuggles provides dog walking and basic pet care services within Dubai, UAE. Services are delivered with reasonable care and professionalism.

2. Pet Health & Behaviour

Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated as required in Dubai, and free from contagious illness. Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioural issues. We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if a dog is aggressive or unsafe.

3. Safety & Emergencies

Dogs must wear secure collars or harnesses provided by the owner. In case of emergency, Walkies & Snuggles may seek veterinary treatment at the owner’s expense if the owner cannot be reached.

4. Access

Clients must provide safe and legal access to their property, including keys or building permissions. Walkies & Snuggles is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect access details.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

6. Payments

All fees must be paid as agreed. Services may be paused if payments are overdue. No refunds for unused services unless agreed in advance.

7. Liability

Walkies & Snuggles shall not be held liable for illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet unless caused by proven negligence under UAE law. Owners accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their dog.
